What helps us fix an error quickly

Tell us the page, the inputs you used, the result you got and the figure you expected, with its source if you have one. If your expected figure comes from an OPM annuity estimate or your Leave and Earnings Statement, say so — you do not need to send the document itself.

What we cannot help with

We cannot look up your personal records, process retirement paperwork, or advise you on retirement decisions. For those, contact your agency's human resources or benefits office, or OPM Retirement Services. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers or other personal identifiers.
